MDL Court Overseeing C-8 Exposure Docket Denies Plaintiff Motion to Compel Details on DuPont’s Financial Condition

CLEVELAND –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for C-8 chemical exposure claims has rejected another effort by plaintiffs to obtain information regarding DuPont’s financial condition, saying that there was no evidence that details given previously were no longer accurate.

In the March 9 order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio opined that the plaintiffs had failed to establish that prior written discovery responses were “incomplete or incorrect.”
