Bankruptcy Court Approves Swan Transportation Plan of Reorganization

WILMINGTON, Del. - Silica defendant Swan Transportation Co., a non-operating subsidiary of Tyler Pipe that filed for reorganization in 2001, announced Dec. 11 that its plan of reorganization has been approved by a U.S. Bankruptcy judge. In Re Swan Transportation Co., No. 01-11690 (D. Del., Bankr.).
Parent Tyler Technologies, Inc., issued a statement after Swan's plan of reorganization received affirmation from nearly 99 percent of those who voted on the plan. The statement noted that the final confirmation order will not be subject to appeal, as all objections to the plan were resolved prior to the confirmation hearing.
