MADISON, Wis. - A mining company that supplied silica sand to a Wisconsin foundry never provided the company with precautions that should be heeded when using their product and therefore can't be held liable for any alleged injury that arose as a result, the company claims in a brief filed recently in a Wisconsin appeals court.
