AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Chemical Council has weighed in on a pending Texas Supreme Court silica case that will determine the validity of the sophisticated user and bulk supplier defenses and whether they can be applied to reverse a $2 million verdict awarded several years ago to a sandblaster.
