MDL Court Releases Pretrial Order in Coordinated C-8 Exposure Docket

CLEVELAND –– The court overseeing the federal C-8 personal injury multidistrict litigation has issued a pretrial order mandating that the plaintiffs file their expert designations by Dec. 8 and that the defense expert designations are due Jan. 29.

In the Nov. 20 order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio also said that it intends to establish an MDL webpage to “facilitate access by the public and the parties to information about the MDL.”
