\HELENA, Mont. — A Montana appellate court has overturned a verdict rendered in favor of the maker of a nail product in a chemical exposure case, ruling that the trial court erred in allowing the jury to consider evidence concerning “misuse” of the product because it was contrary to the court's earlier grant of summary judgment to the plaintiff on the issue.
