ATLANTA — A federal appeals court has again upheld a verdict absolving E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. of liability in a lawsuit filed by a Florida farmer who claimed he developed cancer of the kidneys, brain and pancreas as a result of exposure to Benlate.
