N.Y. Court Denies In Part Motions for Summary Judgment in 9/11 Cleanup Workers Suit

NEW YORK –– A New York federal court has, in part, denied defense efforts to obtain summary judgment on a number of claims asserted by a 9/11 asbestos abatement worker who said he sustained respiratory injuries after he was exposed to toxic dust at the site of the terrorist attacks.
