MADISON, Wis. - A foundry worker's suit against several respirator-defendants should not have been barred by Wiconsin's statute of limitations because when the plaintiff was diagnosed with silicosis more than 15 years ago, he could not have possibly suspected that the devices were a cause of his disease. Cocroft v. Badger Mining Corp., et al., No. 02-1197 (Wis. App. Ct., Dist. 1).
