SAN FRANCISCO –– A California federal court has in part granted a pesticide plaintiff’s motion to compel requests for production from Monsanto, asking it to submit amended responses on a number of matters, including studies conducted by Monsanto and Material Safety Data Sheets.
In the March 24 opinion, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California limited the scope of discovery to information relating to respiratory problems from specific Monsanto products.
