Raytheon Files Brief in Beryllium Medical Monitoring Dispute, Says Plaintiffs Failed to Show Evidence of Subcellular Changes

BOSTON –– Raytheon has filed an appellate brief in support of a federal trial court decision that former employees of the company who were exposed to beryllium failed to establish that they had undergone subcellular changes, a prerequisite for bringing medical monitoring claims in Massachusetts.
