PHILADELPHIA – A federal judge who warned the National Football League and retired players that a final judgment was not a sure thing even as the parties announced a proposed $765 million settlement last summer has rejected that agreement, saying there are still questions over funding for promised medical care and testing.
Judge Anita B.
