MARSHALL, Texas – A former poultry worker for Tyson Foods Inc. says she suffered a concussion and serious back injuries as a direct result of the company's failure to offer proper training or provide a safe workplace.

Plaintiff Betty J. Stoker says in a complaint filed Jan. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas that she has already incurred in excess of $200,000 in medical bills, and she is seeking reimbursement as well as damages for pain and suffering and future lost wages.
