TYLER, Texas — A federal judge has ordered Flavor & Fragrance Specialties to produce documents sought by workers alleging work-related lung injuries, including flavoring ingredients and formulas and unredacted invoices.
Judge Leonard Davis signed the order Sept. 30, granting a motion to compel by employees of Distant Lands Coffee in Tyler, Texas, who are pursuing claims against company suppliers in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
The motion by plaintiff Emanuel Diaz de Leon and four co-plaintiffs was filed under seal, but sought to compel F&FS to provide Material Data Safety Sheets dating to 2006, as …
