Delaware High Court Remands AMD Semiconductor Case for Further Review of Expert Testimony

WILMINGTON, Del. — The Delaware Supreme Court has declined to address the merits of a ruling on the admissibility of expert testimony in a toxic tort case against Advanced Micro Devices Inc. pending further review by the trial court on the testimony’s reliability under Delaware law.
