Ohio Court Affirms Intentional Tort Ruling for Employer in Wrongful Death Case

COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for an employer, ruling that evidence of alleged negligence or recklessness does not support an intentional tort claim that would allow for recovery outside the workers’ compensation system.
