BOSTON — Raytheon Co. (NYSE: RTN) is seeking summary judgment on a medical monitoring claim by employees and potential class members alleging harmful exposure to beryllium, saying plaintiffs lack necessary evidence of subcellular lung damage.
The parties were to argue their respective positions at a June 11 hearing before Judge Mark L. Wolf of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
