BATON ROUGE, La. — A federal judge has denied CTL Distribution’s bid for summary judgment in a wrongful death action brought by the survivors of a maintenance worker who died after exposure to hydrogen sulfide fumes in a tank trailer.
Judge James J. Brady of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana issued two rulings June 3, denying CTL’s motions for judgment based on tort immunity and causation.
