HATTIESBURG, Miss. — A Mississippi federal court has dismissed personal injury claims against sandblasting equipment maker Pauli & Griffin Co., but stopped short of issuing a final judgment in favor of the company, saying that issue requires further briefing.
Judge Keith Starrett’s May 28 order in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi did remove all individual causes of action asserted against PGCI, however, including strict liability, negligence, gross negligence, civil conspiracy, acting in concert and breach of warranties.
