Silicosis Case Filed by Tyler Pipe Employees Called for Trial in Texas

BEAUMONT, Texas - A case involving several workers who claimed they were injured as a result of their exposure to silica at a Tyler Pipe facility has been called for trial. Aparicio, et al. v. U.S. Silica Co., et al., No. A-165548 (Texas Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).

According to sources and court filings, the case is scheduled to be before Judge James Mehaffy of the 58th District Jefferson County District Court later in October.
