CLEVELAND - A lawsuit filed recently on behalf of dozens of Ohio laborers is seeking compensatory and punitive damages from manufacturers of silica products and the equipment designed to protect them from exposure to the dust they say caused them to develop silicosis. Agalianos, et al. v. Best Sand Corp., No. 479001 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
