HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A former trackman for the Norfolk Southern Railway Co. (NYSE: NSC) alleges in a recently filed lawsuit that his non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma was caused by workplace exposure to pesticides, diesel exhaust, creosote and other toxins.
Oscar Varney filed the action against Norfolk Southern April 8 in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, W.Va.
