Pa. Federal Judge Denies Remand Based on Gas Drilling Firm’s ‘Principal’ Office in Okla.

PHILADELHPIA — A federal judge in Pennsylvania has denied remand based on a lack of complete diversity in a drilling site accident suit, ruling that defendant Dean’s Casing Service’s principal place of business is in Oklahoma despite a Pennsylvania office.
