BOSTON — A Massachusetts healthcare provider who alleges that her employment problems began with a request not to be assigned to chemotherapy cases while pregnant or breastfeeding failed to allege viable discrimination or whistleblower claims but can pursue related claims for retaliation, a federal court has ruled.
Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissed two of four counts March 29 in the complaint brought by Anne M. Oulton against Brigham & Women’s Hospital Inc.
