LEXINGTON, Ky. — A federal judge found an insufficient factual basis in dismissing conspiracy claims brought against chemical suppliers by employees at a Dresser Industries’ (NYSE: DRC) manufacturing facility, but he declined to dismiss personal injury claims based on defendants’ alleged individual actions.
Judge Amul R. Thapar of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky entered the order March 18, while also denying without prejudice defendant PPG Industries’ (NYSE: PPG) motion to sever each of the plaintiffs’ claims.
