WILMINGTON — Delaware’s Industrial Accident Board has rejected a workplace injury claim by an office worker who claimed exposure to toxic mold, saying there was insufficient evidence of causation or that the plaintiff suffers from mold-related illness.
The IAB issued its ruling March 7 after a Feb. 21 hearing on the claim brought by Ann Marie Rybka against Burris Logistics.
