photo-1 AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Legislature recently wrapped up its Third Special Session before taking any action on a bill that would have called on the Texas Supreme Court to establish criteria for a statewide inactive docket for claims alleging exposure to asbestos and silica.
According to sources in the Texas Legislature, both state houses adjourned sine die on Oct. 12, just hours after reaching an agreement on the state's Congressional redistricting plan.
