JACKSON, Miss. — A Mississippi family that is pursuing a wrongful death action against 19 silica industry defendants has agreed to dismiss claims against Empire Abrasive Equipment Company L.P. without prejudice.
Judge David Bramlette of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi signed the Agreed Judgment of Dismissal Without Prejudice, which was docketed Feb. 14.
