WHEELING, W.Va. — A federal judge will hear argument next month on whether to exclude testimony offered on behalf of a drilling site worker for Schlumberger Technology Corp. (NYSE: SLB) and CNX Gas Co. (NYSE: CNX), who alleges that accidental exposure to hydraulic drilling chemicals and silica debris led to burns and other injuries, including an increased risk of cancer.
