SCRANTON, Pa. — A federal judge has denied Precision Drilling Corp.’s (NYSE: PDS) bid for summary judgment on employee claims for additional compensation for time spent donning and doffing protective clothing, saying it must await further discovery.
U.S. District Judge Christopher C. Conner denied Precision’s motion Dec. 18, without prejudice to re-filing, and also denied as moot plaintiffs’ motion to strike Precision’s supporting affidavits.
