California Coordinating Judge Pushes Trials Back to September

OAKLAND, Calif. - Alameda County Superior Court Judge Bonnie Sabraw, who oversees California's coordinated welding fume cases, said in her most recent case management order that a case scheduled for trial in April has been "resolved" and she now anticipates the next trials to begin in September.
