Ill. Supreme Court to Hear Forum Dispute In Illinois Central Railroad Worker Case

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. –– The Illinois Supreme Court has scheduled oral argument in a forum dispute arising in an asbestos case filed in Illinois by a Mississippi resident.

Illinois Central Railroad’s (NYSE: CN) appeal of a lower court decision denying its motion to dismiss on forum non conveniens grounds is set for Sept. 19.
