COLUMBUS, Ohio — A federal judge has denied judgment on the pleadings to an employer accused of failing to provide reasonable accommodations to a worker alleging a severe chemical sensitivity to perfume in the workplace, but dismissed a claim for punitive damages as unrecoverable under applicable law. Core v. Champaign County Board of County Commissioners, No. 3:11-cv-166 (S.D. Ohio).
