Office Worker's Perfume Sensitivity Spawns Suit Over 'Reasonable Accommodations'

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A federal judge has denied judgment on the pleadings to an employer accused of failing to provide reasonable accommodations to a worker alleging a severe chemical sensitivity to perfume in the workplace, but dismissed a claim for punitive damages as unrecoverable under applicable law.
