OAKLAND, Calif. - Plaintiffs in the California welding cases are continuing efforts to settle their insurance allocation dispute, but in their latest joint filing they acknowledge continuing differences and anticipate further expert discovery even if trial is again postponed. In re Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
