WILMINGTON, Del. - The Delaware Superior Court has denied reargument in a birth defects case brought by a former worker at a Texas Instruments' semiconductor facility, rejecting his assertion that the court overlooked favorable authority and left his child without a remedy. Peters v. Texas Instruments, No. 10C-06-043 JRJ (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
