Massachusetts Court Grants Motion to Quash Liberty Mutual Subpoena in Miss. Silica Case

BOSTON - A state court judge in Massachusetts has allowed a motion to quash a subpoena duces tecum filed by plaintiffs in a Mississippi silicosis case who were attempting to depose representatives of an insurance company that wrote policies to several defendants named in the case. Craft, et al. v. American Optical Corp., No. 03-3257 (Mass. Super. Ct., Suffolk Cty.).
