Massachusetts Court Grants Motion to Quash Liberty Mutual Subpoena in Miss. Silica Case




BOSTON - A state court judge in Massachusetts has allowed a motion to quash a subpoena duces tecum filed by plaintiffs in a Mississippi silicosis case who were attempting to depose representatives of an insurance company that wrote policies to several defendants named in the case.
