Judge Denies Three Silica Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment, Grants One




HAMILTON, Ohio - An Ohio Common Pleas Court judge has denied summary judgment to three defendants and granted judgment to another in a silicosis case, despite the plaintiff's failure to respond to the motions. Mello v. Nurre Building Material Co., Inc., et al., No. CV01-08-2007 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Butler Cty.).
