La. Appellate Court Affirms Judgment for State Office Workers Exposed to Mold

NEW ORLEANS - Louisiana's Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal has affirmed damage awards to 46 state workers who claimed injury from a mold-infested workplace, rejecting the state's argument that individual class members failed to prove that injuries were specifically caused by mold exposure.
