CLEVELAND - Insurers for Lincoln Electric Co. have moved to dismiss Lincoln's suit for coverage of welding fume claims, saying the complaint lacks specificity and mirrors arguments that were rejected by the courts in an earlier lawsuit. Lincoln Electric Co. v. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., et al., No. 1:11-cv-2253 (N.D. Ohio).
Defendants St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. and Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., filed their motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio March 8.
