LAS VEGAS - A Nevada federal magistrate has ordered a former Wynn Resorts employee to supplement her answers to interrogatories about her personal health prior to deposition on class certification issues. Kastroll v. Wynn Resorts Ltd., No. 2:09-cv-02034-LDG-VCF (D. Nev.).
Magistrate Judge Cam Ferenbach of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada also granted plaintiff Kanie Kastroll's motion to extend discovery deadlines, which defendants conceded was necessary, but warned that failure to meet the new deadlines will result in sanctions.
