NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana plaintiff has submitted an amended complaint alleging a wrongful death cause of action after a federal judge dismissed her original complaint in which she blamed her son's death on his secondhand smoke exposure while employed at a New Orleans casino. Bevrotte v. Caesars Entertainment Corp., No. 11-543 (E.D. La.).
