MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Alabama Supreme Court has declined to reconsider a June 2011 ruling on statute of limitations questions arising in a welding fumes exposure case, but two justices offered additional comments on the court's original decision (Jerkins v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1091533, Oct. Term, 2010-2011 (Ala. Sup. Ct.) [No. 1: 04-cv-18810 (N.D. Ohio)].
