CLEVELAND - The family of a recently deceased plaintiff in the Welding Fume Products MDL has asked the court to allow for substitution of plaintiff and the submission of an amended complaint, which will include a wrongful death claim. Ainsworth, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:09-wf-17051-KMO [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
