ORANGE, Texas - A Texas jury has returned a verdict in favor of respirator defendant 3M Co. in a silicosis case, finding that two of the company's protective devices worn by the plaintiff were neither defective nor a cause of his alleged injuries. Gore v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. A020133-C (Texas Dist. Ct., Orange Cty.)
