ALBANY, N.Y. - A New York appellate court has affirmed an award made to the widow of a nuclear power plant steamfitter, who claimed that her late husband's lymphoma was caused by workplace exposure to radioactivity. Capalbo v. Stone & Webster Construction Services, et al., No. 512887 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 3rd Dept.).
