N.Y. Appellate Court Declines to Overturn Award to Power Plant Steamfitter

ALBANY, N.Y. - A New York appellate court has affirmed an award made to the widow of a nuclear power plant steamfitter, who claimed that her late husband's lymphoma was caused by workplace exposure to radioactivity.
