N.Y. Appellate Court Affirms Summary Judgment for School District in Silica Case

NEW YORK - A New York appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for the New York City Department of Education and others sued by a school speech therapist who attributed various respiratory symptoms to exposure to silica during a construction project.
