ROCHESTER, N.Y. - 3M Co. and other defendants in a New York silica personal injury case have submitted initial Federal Rule 26(A) disclosures giving the location of relevant documents and identifying possible insurance coverage. Coene, et ux. v. 3M Co., et al., No. 10-cv-6546CJS (W.D. N.Y.).
The filings were made in late November by 3M, Potters Industries Inc., and Arkema Inc. pursuant to deadlines set in a Nov. 3 scheduling order by Magistrate Judge Marian W. Payson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
