CLEVELAND - Lincoln Electric Co. has asked a federal court to postpone a scheduled Jan. 24 case management conference in a recently filed declaratory judgment action until it can perfect service on the insurer defendants. Lincoln Electric Co. v. The Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., et al., No. 1:11-cv-2253 (N.D. Ohio).
