CHICAGO - A postal worker who alleged that his supervisors retaliated against him for raising mold and related disability issues lost his bid for damages when a federal judge found no basis for his claims and awarded summary judgment to the U.S. Postal Service. Anderson v. Potter, No. 09-C 2525 (N.D. Ill.).
Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois ruled on Nov. 21 that plaintiff John D. Anderson failed to offer sufficient evidence of the claimed adverse actions or otherwise show a causal link between events.
