JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has affirmed that a wrongful death action brought in 2007 by the former executor and ex-stepdaughter of a man who died of silicosis in 2003 is barred by that state's three-year statute of limitations. Kinsey v. Pangborn Corp., et al., No. 2010-CA-00925-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
